Ինչո՞ւ է կարգապահությունն ավելի կարևոր, քան ներդրումային միտումներին հետևելը

Financial markets continuously produce new narratives.

Artificial intelligence, cryptocurrencies, emerging markets, real estate, commodities, and individual sectors can quickly become dominant investment themes. Capital follows performance, valuations rise, and investors often enter precisely when expectations are highest.

At MMI Fund, we believe investment decisions should begin somewhere else: fundamentals.

Conviction requires evidence

A compelling story does not necessarily make a compelling investment.

We assess opportunities based on factors such as underlying economics, valuation, financial strength, management quality, downside risk, regulatory environment, and the expected risk-adjusted return.

The objective is not to predict every market movement. It is to determine whether the potential return adequately compensates investors for the risks being taken.

The ability to say no

One of the most important elements of disciplined investing is selectivity.

Not deploying capital can sometimes be a better decision than participating in an opportunity simply because it is popular or readily available.

This principle becomes particularly important in less liquid public markets, private investments, and private credit, where exiting an investment may be considerably more difficult than entering one.

For MMI Fund, discipline means maintaining the same investment standards regardless of market sentiment.

We do not believe every trend needs to be captured. We believe capital should be deployed where analysis supports conviction.
